Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy is part of our Terms of Service and describes the terms and conditions applicable to subscription plans for Jot AI.

1. Subscription Plans

Jot AI offers the following subscription plans:

Note: All prices are in USD and may vary by country or region due to local taxes and currency conversion rates. Please check the current pricing in the App Store before subscribing.

2. Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial of Jot AI Premium services. During the trial period, you will have access to all premium features at no cost.

2.1 Trial Conversion

At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. Your payment method will be charged the subscription fee for the plan you selected at the beginning of the trial.

2.2 Trial Eligibility

Free trials are available only to new users who have not previously subscribed to Jot AI premium services. We reserve the right to modify or terminate free trial offers at any time.

3. Billing and Renewal

3.1 Payment Methods

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store using the payment method associated with your Apple ID.

3.2 Billing Cycle

Your subscription will be billed at the beginning of each billing period (monthly or yearly). The billing date is determined by the date you initially subscribed.

3.3 Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee at the then-current rate at the beginning of each renewal period.

3.4 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices at our discretion. If we change the price of a subscription, we will notify current subscribers before the new price takes effect. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

4.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings:

1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device
2. Tap your name at the top of the Settings
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Select "Jot AI"
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

4.2 Effects of Cancellation

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. After cancellation:

• You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
• Your subscription will not renew for the next billing period
• You will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your current subscription period
• Your account will convert to Jot AI Free with limited features

4.3 Data Retention After Cancellation

After your subscription ends, your data will continue to be stored according to our Privacy Policy. However, you may have limited access to certain features and content created during your subscription period.

4.4 Refunds

We do not provide refunds for partially used subscription periods. All refund requests must be submitted to Apple through the App Store. Refunds are subject to Apple's App Store refund policies, which can be found at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084.

5. Account Management

5.1 Subscription Status

You can view and manage your subscription status at any time through your Apple ID settings or within the App by navigating to Settings > Subscription.

5.2 Subscription Changes

You may change your subscription plan (e.g., from monthly to annual) at any time through your Apple ID settings. Changes to subscription plans will take effect at the beginning of the next billing period.
